The advanced nonstick coating provides long-lasting, superior food release without scratching, so you never need to worry about which utensil is being used.
The innovative cooking surface features a raised stainless steel diamond tread pattern that sits just above the nonstick coating, helping protect it from wear while enhancing searing performance.
The 3-ply clad construction delivers professional-quality heat transfer. An aluminum core is sandwiched between an exterior layer of induction-capable stainless steel and an interior layer of non-reactive, surgical-grade 304 stainless steel. This construction promotes even heat distribution across the bottom and sides of the pan for more efficient cooking.
Finished with rolled rims for drip-free pouring, each pan features signature Viking ergonomic handles that are fully cast stainless steel and riveted for long-lasting durability. The handles include a heat break to help them stay cool during use, along with a finger guide for improved lifting and control.
For best results, cook on low to medium heat and allow the pan to fully preheat before adding proteins. Use a small amount of oil or butter when cooking eggs or other liquid-based foods.
